By conducting these inspections, we ensure that the correct parts are produced to the desired specifications and quantity and are safely packed for transportation.
We provide tailor-made inspections according to the level of scrutiny that fits the most with your need and the type of component. We pre-define together prior to your inspection the sampling size and AQL based on ISO 2859-1. For specific electronic and functional test, our team can integrate them in its QC process according to your need and specified documentation.
Pre-Shipment Inspection allows us to detect and replace any defects right after the manufacturing process. Avoid paying for any ebikes or ebike components that carry defects. Once your order is ready but before you send the balance payment to the factory, TOP INSIGHT will schedule an appointment with the factory and send a team on site to inspect your order without delaying the shipment.

Based on the analysis of results, TOP INSIGHT will determine if your purchase order have passed or failed the inspection according to our pre-defined standards. TOP INSIGHT Inline Inspection allows you to monitor your ebikes or ebike component being produce during all steps of the manufacturing process. Usually combined with the Pre-Shipment Standard Inspection (PSI), the Inline Inspection is useful for clients who require more hands-on quality control, and start on the first day of production with our engineer present on site.
